They treated me like family. I hate the doctor, but I completely enjoyed my time here, which says a lot!

Dr. Casey is a very compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly and passionate ENT physician. He followed up with me personally on the phone (several times) to determine best treatment options for my BPPV. I am grateful for his approach to my plan of care, answering all my questions, taking the time to explain my condition in a way I can understand and providing suggestions on self care where appropriate. Thank you Dr. Casey. Front staff is always professional and courteous.

Dr. Girgis rocks. I was scared to death of this procedure. Everyone I came into contact with, in his office was knowledgeable, efficient and reassuring. Dr. Girgis was referred by two friends in the medical field. His knowledge, confidence and the fact that he spoke to me in a way that I completely understood made me feel much better about surgery. I can't say enough about Dr GIrgis and his staff from the new Doctors to the nurses to the upfront staff all exceptional I would refer everyone I know to this office you will be amazed and the time and care they each give. How many patients the upfront sees in a day and I walk in after a few months and they know my name just walking in the door. Love everyone there

Dr. Girgis is an exceptional physician. Lucky to have found him on ZocDoc to fix my broken nose. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT doctor.

Dr. Girgis did my sinus surgery 15 years ago due to deviated septum and chronic sinus infections. I had my first sinus infection about five years ago since the surgery so it works. I also see them for my allergy maintenance and ear irrigation and I have to say I love him and every doctor there. I also have Menaires disease and he and dr. Thomas both said to me if you are having a vertigo episode and can't get in ASAP tell the receptionist I said to fit you in. They have really helped me with a lot of health issues. My son and mom also go to this practice. I hear a lot of people complain about the wait and my suggestion is to ask to be the first appointment at 8 am or the first appointment after lunch. You can also ask for one of the other doctors and you might get in sooner.

My experience was great. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. Dr. Kraseman answered all my questions about my ear problems.

Very professional, friendly, willing to explain and listen both, cautious to perform a procedure if there is a good chance the problem will resolve on its own.

This was my first visit to Dr. Girgis. I was very impressed with his professionalism and the manner in which he made me feel confident with his diagnosis and treatment going forward. His staff was also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Girgis to anyone who is looking for an excellent Otolaryngologist (ENT).

Had to change my review! Dr. Girgis and his team were exceptional with my septoplasty and sinus surgery. I had quite a bit of discomfort during recovery but the results were well worth it! I can finally breathe out of my nostrils. They are still a great team and always willing to answer any question with a vast range of knowledge.

The office provided a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The communication between the staff and myself at the different levels let me know what and why things were happening and how it effected my prognosis. Meeting with Dr. Girgis laid out what the test results were and a game plan for the results to hopefully help me move forward healthy.

Dr. Girgis has significantly improved the quality of my life through his treatment, which has included sinus surgery and the correction of a deviated septum. I give him my highest recommendation.

Dr Girgis did a great job although the wait time is about 40 minutes and its kind of pricey if you dont have insurance.

Dr. Girgis and staff are so nice. I came here due to sinus issues, and I first assumed that it would be a quick visit with a suggestion for many more visits to get to what the real problem was, but on day one I had everything done to help. A thorough examination was done to my sinuses, pictures were taken and Dr. Girgis went over them with me explaining everything, prescriptions were given to me to help with my breathing and my snoring, and a sleep study was submitted. I couldn't be happier, and after just one use of the nasal spray that was prescribed, was able to sleep a full night without waking up congested. Totally recommend Dr. Girgis and his staff if you are having sinus problems.

Wonderful experience all around. Called to see a doctor at Dr. Girgis and Associates in Hinsdale... and received an appointment that day. Dr. Girgis evaluated my concerns regarding nosebleeds... which he then addressed with an in office procedure.His professionalism and lighthearted, down to earth personality, made me feel extremely comfortable while being there for the first time. Especially, knowing I went in without a referral. Google search and the reviews helped me choose his office.

Dr. Stephen Kraseman was wonderful to work with. He performed a tonsillectomy/adenoid removal and inserted tubes for our preschooler. He has a great bedside manner and put our child (and us) at ease the whole way through. The nurses he worked with mentioned how impressed they were with him as well.
