Dr. Girgis is amazing, I had a septoplasty done by him since I had roughly an 80% blockage in my nose from a deviated septum and inflamed sinuses. The surgery went perfect and he was more than informative of what would happen. I freaked out after my surgery because I thought I was bleeding too much and went to the emergency room at 11:30 at night.....Dr. Girgis came to the emergency room to check up on me that night (mind you this was AFTER doing multiple surgeries since the early AM that very day). Even though I was experiencing normal bleeding and nothing was wrong with me he asked no questions and treated me amazingly, patched me up a bit more and sent me on my way. Imagine working 12+ hours then being called at 11:30PM for one of your patients coming in with a nosebleed and asking no questions about it, 5 star Doctor all the way, I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone searching for a Doctor.All the rest of the staff is equally as amazing, any question I asked whether it be stupid or not, they answered along with a few jokes at my expense, hands down one of the best doctors and staff I have ever been to, they make you feel right at home.

I was worried when I walked in for a 7:30 am appointment and saw 4 people ahead of me. I was very pleased that I saw Dr. Girgis, had a CT scan of my sinuses, met with the audiologist for a hearing exam, and met Dr. Girgis again for the results of my exams and a plan to relieve my symptoms all in an hour and ten minutes! Very impressed on all counts.

This was my second visit and both times everyone was friendly and professional. They knew what they were doing .I wish all offices were like Dr. Girgis.

I went to Dr Girgis because of my frequent headaches and not being able to breathe. I would wake up with panic attacks about every 2-3 hours. My days consisted of me being severely fatigued because I wasn't resting due to breathing issues. Adding to my problems, I would have the headaches and was constantly light-headed which would lead me to having episodes of vertigo. I was put on nasal sprays several times, nothing worked. After receiving CT Scans, I found out about my swollen turbinate's and quickly decided to have surgery. It has been 8 weeks and I feel TERRIFIC!! I haven't had a migraine, light headed feeling and no vertigo. I have vivid dreams. I have been sleeping through the night and I can actually sleep on both sides of my body ( It's been DECADES since I've been able to do this! ) Dr. Girgis has helped change my life.I literally jump out of bed and now getting back into yoga, something I stopped doing because due to balance issues. Now I'm free. Dr. Girgis is the BEST!

Prompt attention at reception, NO LOUD TV in the waiting area, clean premises, competent nurse, timely arrival of doctor, quick, accurate diagnosis, cheap prescription, satisfactory outcome, attentive follow-up, easy scheduling. I live half way between McNeal and Loyola hospitals and couldn't understand why my GP sent me out to the sticks to see a specialist.Now I know.

I was there to see Dr. Thomas. I didn't wait long, the staff was very pleasant. Dr. Thomas listened to me, and cared why I was there, he answered ALL my questions. He is awesome, I would truly recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Girgis for all my visits. He was very thorough and has helped me with my problems. My first visit and wait (all aspects) was more than I expected, but all my follow up visits went much quicker.

I started going to Dr. Girgis 28 years ago and he helped me determine the cause of a medical problem that had been going on for some time. He helped determine the cause of a different medical problem about 20 years ago. I lived in a different city far away for 16 years so I had to find a different ENT doctor but when I moved back to the area I went right back to Dr. Girgis.

Dr. Girgis is an excellent ENT physician who recently performed my Endoscopic Sinus Surgery/Septoplasty and I am already feeling relief within 2 weeks post surgery. He is a compassionate, caring and meticulous specialist in whose care you will feel totally confident.

Dr. Girgis' office is extremely well managed, efficient, and fair. Sometimes their wait times are too long, but I also never feel rushed when I get to see the doctor.

The receptionists were great, the nurse was sweet and Dr. Thomas explained everything in detail. There was no wait in the waiting room, I was taken to the examination room immediately by Dr Thomas nurse and Dr. Thomas walked in before she was finished asking my health history.

The office came recommended from a family friend who knew a former employee and it did not disappoint. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Thomas, so much so that I decided to have him do my surgery even though I currently live in RI (have family in Chicago). He was willing to accelerate my appts, CT scan, and CT review given my tight timeline. The surgery seemed to go great, I had no pain after 5 days and am breathing much better. What made a big difference to me was the personal touch he put on the surgery: he talked to me right before the surgery, talked to me right after I woke up, called me the day after to check in, and gave me his cellphone number in case I felt that I needed his consultation. I definitely recommend.Most impressive to me was Dr. Thomas' honesty. He told me immediately after the surgery that he was surprised by a few things during the surgery (he detailed what, exactly), but that everything turned out well. Separately, during one of my initial appointments he had the office staff refund my co-pay and bill for one of my visits because he thought it was too minor of an appointment to be billed for. That was the integrity indicator that caused me to decide on him as my doctor. And I would again.
