The audiologist was excellent. I got my first pair of hearing aids. Dr. Chervinko did a great job. I am very appreciative.

As always, the people in the office were professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Girgis is an outstanding Dr. I also regularly see his assistants, Emily and Melissa. They are both excellent as well. The entire office staff is super polite and accommodating! I love the fact that I never feel rushed here.

Nice polite and gave clear and detailed descriptions of what she was doing while cleaning put my ears.

Had a lot of wax cleaned out of my ears by nurse practitioner Colleen Burns. She did an excellent job and was thorough and patient.

I saw Melissa, the physician assistant, for a sinus infection. I got in quickly and she handled it professionally, being careful to attend to my comfort. A pleasant experience, and I quickly started to improve with medication.

Dr. Girgis and his associates are nice and friendly and did a great job of finding the problem with my hearing. There will be follow-up after recommending a potential remedy but they took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my condition and left me with a sense of confidence in the steps needed to move forward.

Dr. Girgis and his staff are wonderful! Each member was so caring and professionally great. They were engaging, asked questions, and spent much more time than I expected on discussing my exam and tests. My wife has been going to Dr. Girgis and his staff for years, and she has always raved about how great and caring they were. This was my first time, and I certainly understand why she has always said that. You could not ask for a better ENT experience!

Been my ENT since 1995, so I’m very happy with them. Dr Sam is wonderful and Emily the PA I met with yesterday was fantastic, also a shout out to Amanda her nurse. Dr Hall the audiologist was great also. Can’t recommend them enough.

The patient experience with Dr. Sam Girgis is truly one of the best. He speaks to the patient in an accessible and digestible way without skipping out on the explanation. He even encouraged me to see a different specialist for a problem I didn't even know I had. 2 birds, 1 stone.
