I took my brother Henry to see Dr Girgis because he took Extremely good care of me. My brother is in a wheel chair and has cerebral palsy. Everyone from the front staff to the nurses you passed in the hall and Dr Girgis truly took the time to get to know him as a person and to take care of Him. Thank You!

The staff was very attentive and my experience with Dr. Girgis was awesome. I think between my profile information and our initial converstion, he kind of interpreted that I was a detail guy, and he tailored his explanation of the potential causes for my problem in such a way that I could totally understand it and it made sense. I thought that was a great thing.

This was my second visit in 6 months and both times I have been welcomed and taken care of. The staff is friendly and very willing to hear your concerns.The Dr’s are welcoming as well. And ready to help.

The place is efficient! Showed up with sudden hearing loss and in less than an hour I had more answers than the questions I didn’t know to ask. Might not get the results I hope for, it’s up to me and God and what happens in the next few weeks but it won’t be because something was overlooked. These folks leave no stone unturned, every question answered, and you are important. They do not dismiss you or your concerns.

Everyone there from the front desk, PA-C, and the lady who did my hearing test were all very helpful, friendly, nice. I’d highly recommend this ENT. I’ve gone to several and none can compare.

Dr. Girgis is great. He fixed my nose after a break and it looks straight and I can now breathe better! He is very experienced and I appreciated his expertise. He made sure to squeeze me in for surgery and his great team came up with a last minute solution to the failed COVID testing that would have otherwise meant I couldn't have surgery that day. I've recommended him to others.I did take one star off however because the office wait times are utterly unacceptable. I understand that there are emergencies and things don't go as planned, but waiting up to 1-2 hours each visit with no communication about the delay is not ok - most of us have jobs and our time is valuable as well as the doctor's and staff's time. If they could just fix that it'd be 5 stars!
