The BEST!!! I can not say enough positive things about Dr. Girgis & Associates, the nicest most professional and just flat out amazing at what they do! Recommend them ALWAYS!!!!

The staff is always super friendly and efficient in handling your appointments, check ins and passing you off to other departments for testing. Dr. Girgis is a great listener and takes the time to treat you as well as educate you on your issues. Highly Recommend!

9 months agoThe staff is very helpful and kind. I really appreciated the time and precision made on evaluating my breathing issues due to a deviated septum. It is too soon to tell if the surgery will stop my headaches, but I am very please with the way the surgery was handled and the profile of my nose. Dr. Girgis is very purposeful in his work and helped me breath better. Thank you!

From making an appointment to walking out the door, the customer service and care from EVERYONE, including Dr. was amazing!

If I could give 10 stars I would ! My son and I recently had Septoplasty surgery with Dr. Girgis and could not be happier with his entire staff . Dr. Girgis was professional but made us feel comfortable with his great sense of humor & EVERYONE that works with him is incredible .

Great doctor - I’ve seen Dr Girgus occasionally for over 20 years for all things related to sinusitis including sinus surgery. He has improved my quality of life! I breathe freely now and rarely have a sinus infection. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Dr. Kentra Gorey is wonderful! She has a great bedside manner and makes you feel well cared for.

Even with never leaving the house I ended up with a ear infection. The office help was great, and quick.The drs understood my complex medical history and was very nice and helpful. I won't go into what was wrong but she answered all my questions.At the follow up they informed me of a hearing aid technology I didn't know about it that would likely suit me better than the hearing aid I have currently. They did a hearing test on the spot and were really helpfulI would use them again if I needed to

I recently started seeing Dr. Girgis for chronic sinus and sleeping issues that have worsened over the years. Terrific bedside manner and explains things very clearly. Very engaged and listens to what you have to say. Tells you what your diagnosis is, draws it out for you and then discusses the plan. His staff is really nice and everyone is very professional. I appreciate not having to go somewhere else for a CT scan and the sleep disorder area is on the same floor.

I had my first visit with Dr Girgis today. Other family and friends had seen him before and were happy with how it went. I was there longer than I expected, BUT that was because I had exam with Dr, CT scan, hearing test, and results with Dr! Now I have my medicine and I'm ready to get better. Great staff and everything kept moving along.

My visit did not start great. I ended up being called 1 hour after my appointment- I did not have high hopes. With that said, the rest of the experience more than made up for the tardiness. The ladies in reception are some of the most pleasant people I have dealt with at doctors offices. The entire staff was knowledgeable and helpful. It was obvious the late appointment was do to the staff and doctors’ attention to detail and care, rather than poor planning. Dr. Samuel Girgis explained everything he was doing and why I was feeling certain ways throughout the entire visit, this made me comfortable. He answered every question I had thoughtfully and thoroughly. Beyond that, he used every tool at his disposal in order to be positive his diagnoses and recommended steps were correct. I am not one to like the doctors in general, but this visit answered questions I had and taught me about what was causing my issues. I would recommend anyone on this staff with full confidence.

Fantastic doctors and practice! We were referred by a patient of Dr. Girgis and love the the office. My daughter needed sinus surgery and septoplasty. We opted to have the doctor cosmetically correct the shape of her nose as well. Dr Girgis' friendly demeanor, professionalism & expertise completely put my daughter's anxieties about such an invasive surgery to rest. Everyone at the office has been great to work with from coordinating scheduling to explaining cost & the surgery was successful.

I returned recently and had a totally different experience. I did not feel rushed at all and the doctor was very thorough with me. I had heard that I may just have had a bad experience, so I returned, and now believe that might have been the case. I was very happy with the care I received.

The entire staff was very friendly and well organized from checking in to scheduling a followup prior to leaving, and everyone in between. The Dr. Casey and the nurses were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. There was a minimal wait time from arriving to being seen (within 15 minutes of scheduled appointment) and throughout the appointment.
