I’ve been to Drs. Girgis and Associates for over a decade. I had some bad stuff going on in my throat and they handled it perfectly. Medical and non-medical staff are awesome. I’d definitely, and have, recommend them to friends and family.

Dr. Girgis and his staff are all extremely knowledgeable and professional. From scheduling to office check-in to in-office care to follow-up phone calls, everyone is very attentive, responsive, and re-assuring. I would recommend Dr. Girgis to anyone who is struggling with sinus issues and looking for relief.

Dr Girgis is good and so is the staff working there. I would have rated 5 stars but waiting times are extreme- On both my visits so far, I had to wait 1 hour or more beyond my appointment time. That needs to be looked upon.

Dr. Girgis & his staff are the best ENT practice in the Chicago area. Everyone there is knowledgeable, kind & professional. After visiting multiple other ENT's & being misdiagnosed, I found Dr. Girgis. His diagnosis & treatment were 100% accurate. He was extremely thorough & most importantly, took the time to listen (sadly, not often the case with many physicians!). I've worked in hospital healthcare for 25 years, and I know an excellent physician when I see one. Dr. Girgis is the best.

Dr Girgis was recommend by my dentist, he was able to diagnose and treat the issues that were causing me discomfort. Excellent and friendly service explain the operation my options plus gave me a clear idea of the discomfort that I would feel. I also appreciated all the opportunities to ask and ensure I understood clear of what to expect after sinus and corrective septum surgery.

Dr Kraseman is wonderful with my granddaughter. He absolutely cares about her and has conversation with her on every visit. He takes an interest in her activities and makes her feel special! He's been helping her with her ear infections and helping with her care to prevent future ear infections. He did her surgery. She had her tonsils out! All went smoothly! We absolutely LOVE Dr. Kraseman! ❤️ and I'm sure you will too!

everyone here is fantastic. i have several other options much closer to me but drive 45min to this office because of the high quality of care i receive. these people actually care about the wellbeing and quality of life of their patients.

Dr. Girgis is a wonderful doctor. My only complaint is the time management of appointments. I waited for over an hour to get into the office. Once there, Dr. Girgis took his time and answered all of my questions. Perhaps visits should be managed/scheduled in a more timely fashion by his office staff.

Waiting time ok needed to update my record, nurse attendant very polite and asked of my concerns, had a shot wait for physician, exam was very efficient and physician made sure all my concerns were answered, well pleased with all and checking and appointment lady.

Dr. Stephen Kraseman is great! While I could easily see a provider in Chicago where I live, I drive from Chicago to the burbs to see him, and that says a lot! He is professional, thorough, and caring.

This was my first time at this location. The office was clean and the staff was very nice. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Girgis is the absolute best!! Been going to him for 25 years. He cares so much about the well-being of each and every patient. My only complaint is that he is always behind on time and even with appointment, you are still waiting a significant amount of time before being seen.
