Dr. Girgis and staff are so nice. I came here due to sinus issues, and I first assumed that it would be a quick visit with a suggestion for many more visits to get to what the real problem was, but on day one I had everything done to help. A thorough examination was done to my sinuses, pictures were taken and Dr. Girgis went over them with me explaining everything, prescriptions were given to me to help with my breathing and my snoring, and a sleep study was submitted. I couldn't be happier, and after just one use of the nasal spray that was prescribed, was able to sleep a full night without waking up congested. Totally recommend Dr. Girgis and his staff if you are having sinus problems.

Wonderful experience all around. Called to see a doctor at Dr. Girgis and Associates in Hinsdale... and received an appointment that day. Dr. Girgis evaluated my concerns regarding nosebleeds... which he then addressed with an in office procedure.His professionalism and lighthearted, down to earth personality, made me feel extremely comfortable while being there for the first time. Especially, knowing I went in without a referral. Google search and the reviews helped me choose his office.

Dr. Stephen Kraseman was wonderful to work with. He performed a tonsillectomy/adenoid removal and inserted tubes for our preschooler. He has a great bedside manner and put our child (and us) at ease the whole way through. The nurses he worked with mentioned how impressed they were with him as well.

Dr. Girgis is very knowledgeable. He and his staff are always pleasant and attentive. He always takes the time to discuss his findings and to address any concerns or questions I may have... a rarity these days. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone seeking an expert ENT doctor and surgeon.

After much troubles with my sinuses and chronic sinus infections, I felt relieved and in the right track after my first appointment. I became a patient of Dr. Samuel Girgis in the fall of 2017, after seeking care from a different Otolaryngologist/ENT in the Chicagoland area. The care that I received from Dr. Girgis was phenomenal compared to the care that I received from the previous ENT. Dr. Girgis is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, kind and compassionate. He asks a lot of questions to determine the symptoms being experienced and to get to the bottom of what is causing them. He listened carefully to my responses and gave me ample time to ask my questions as well. As others have stated, he was a little behind schedule, which was not extraordinarily long or unexpected, and apologized for the wait. I told him no apologies were necessary, as it was NOT an exceptionally long wait. in my opinion, I'd rather have a doctor that takes the time needed with me to determine a correct diagnosis and/or the next step(s) needed to be able to get to the root of the problem, I much prefer a doctor that runs a little behind schedule because they give their patients adequate time, rather than doctors that do not allow enough time in order to meet the time limits dictated by the insurance companies and/or the hospitals or health care companies that employ the doctors. I simply cannot say enough good things about Dr. Girgis!! Before I became a patient of Dr. Girgis, I initially sought the care of an Otolaryngologist in the Chicagolalnd area in the spring of 2017. The first doctor was highly recommended by my neurologist, but his care was less than desired. I had two office visits with the first doctor as well as an MRI of my brain and some tests by the doctor's audiologist. Between the tests, MRI and office visits with the first doctor, I probably got a total of 5 minutes face time with the first doctor. He probably spent a minute or two with me on the first visit (which included him introducing himself before turning me over to his audiologist and ordering a CT scan and other tests). The second appointment, he came in and said that I was normal and to seek the care of a neurologist. The second appointment would probably have lasted only a minute or so, if I hadn't told him that it was a neurologist that referred me to him in the first place and asked him to please allow me a couple of minutes to ask a few questions. He was "polite" and sat back down for a minute to answer a couple of questions. However, he was indifferent and certainly not worth the fee that my insurance paid for his services. Thank God one of my friends suggested that I consult with Dr. Girgis, This friend and her family, as well as a few other people that I know are also his patients. I talked to a few of these people, and am glad that I am now under the care of Dr. Girgis. He has gotten to the root of the problem; and although things are not perfect yet, they are headed in the right direction. I've seen significant improvement in my symptoms thanks to his diligence, knowledge and experience.

Dr Bajwa is great, makes you feel comfortable and goes through everything so you know exactly what to expect and answers all questions , just wish there was other locations closer to home but definitely worth the drive for a good Dr

On a few different occasions we were patients of dr. Thomas, dr. Girgis, dr. Roa, and dr. Kraseman. All are great specialists, very knowledgeable, down to earth, and hands-on. Staff is very helpful and nice. The fact that appointments are available within a day or two is extremely important, especially when the patients are your kids. Highly recommend this office, as we've had the best experience there.

Fantastic experience! I called as a new patient to set up my first appointment. The staff was great about verifying my insurance. They called back to let me know they had a cancellation and asked if I wanted the appointment! I saw the doctor within a few days of my initial call. When I got there, the staff was all very friendly and polite. Lisa at the front desk was the lady I had talked to on the phone - so helpful! Susan took me back to the exam room and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Thomas came in within just a few minutes and did my exam. Absolutely fantastic staff and practice. I would highly recommend them.

I went to Dr. Girgis and Associates after having three Rhinoseptyplasty's prior. I had two in 1986 and one in December 2014. I could not breathe properly yet. My breathing effected not only my sleep but my wife as well. upon consulting with Dr. Girgis, he said that he would be able to assist in allowing me to breathe more efficiently then I ever had. I was skeptical, since I have been through this three other times. 6 days after surgery he removed the splints, the packing, and he was correct. I could finally breathe out of each of my nostrils the way God intended for me to. I hope he saw the smile I had on my face when he asked me to breathe through my nose?
